Playing while baking: Bright Eyes- Messenger Bird’s Song

Bright Eyes has been my favorite band for so many years now, with Conor’s words and lyrics truly shaping all of my twenties thus far. I go through phases where I listen to him for a week straight, then take a month hiatus.  I can write about him and is brilliance for days but I’ll just leave you with a snippet of a song, although sad, but so beautiful. I enjoy playing this record and listening to it alone in my kitchen.
